QuitFit Refund Policy Welcome to QuitFit!
We are committed to helping you achieve your goal of quitting smoking through our comprehensive program. As part of our commitment, we offer a money-back assurance under the conditions outlined below. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the QuitFit program.
1. Eligibility for Refund You may be eligible for a refund of your QuitFit program fees if you meet all the following conditions:
1.1. Program Completion: You must have completed the entire QuitFit program, including all modules, exercises, and assignments, as per the program schedule.
1.2. Diligence: You must have meticulously followed all program instructions and recommendations, including: • Attending all scheduled sessions (live or recorded). • Submitting all required assignments and progress reports on time. • Actively participating in all program activities as outlined in the course.
1.3. Evidence Submission: You must submit video evidence demonstrating your compliance with the program requirements. This evidence should include: • Recordings of your progress, showing adherence to the prescribed steps. • Any additional documentation requested by QuitFit to verify compliance. • Blood test reports for absence of Nicotine / Cotinine or other byproducts of tobacco smoking which are normally present in blood during the time period of the program subscription.
1.4. Timeframe: The refund request must be submitted within 15 days of completing the program.
2. Refund Process
2.1. Request Submission: To request a refund, you must: • Send an email to us at connect@transforminds.in • Complete the Refund Request Form available on the QuitFit website. • Upload the required video evidence and any other supporting documents.
2.2. Review Period: QuitFit will review your submission within 07 business days. During this time, our team may contact you for additional information or clarification.
2.3. Approval: If your request is approved: • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
2.4. Rejection: If your request is rejected, you will receive a detailed explanation outlining the reasons.
3. 50% Discount on Re-enrollment
3.1. Eligibility: If your refund request is approved, you are eligible to re-enroll in the QuitFit program at a 50% discounted rate, provided:
• The re-enrollment is completed within six (6) months of the refund approval date.
3.2. Discount Code: A unique discount code will be provided upon refund approval. This code is:
• Non-transferable.
• Valid for a single use within the specified timeframe.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
4.1. Non-compliance: Refund requests will not be considered if you fail to provide sufficient evidence of adherence to the program.
4.2. Partial Completion: Refunds are not applicable for partial program completion or voluntary withdrawal from the program.
4.3. Duplicate Claims: Multiple refund claims for the same program enrollment are not permitted.
4.4. Promotional Offers: This refund policy does not apply to program enrollments made using promotional discounts or offers, unless otherwise specified.
5. General Terms
5.1. QuitFit reserves the right to amend or terminate this refund policy at any time without prior notice. However, any changes will not affect refund requests submitted prior to the amendment date.
5.2. By enrolling in the QuitFit program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this refund policy.
5.3. Arbitration. Any disputes or arbitration, will be dealt with as per the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts.
